Event Description
As you may or may not know, the American Legion was founded in 1919 by veterans of our military shortly after World War I as a non-profit organization for the purpose of assisting our nation’s veterans, their families and other needy individuals and organizations in the community. The Winnsboro post has been an accredited American Legion Post for over 60 years. The Winnsboro Post supports numerous veterans, school children, boy scouts and other needed causes every year.
