Event Description:
The Chamber of Commerce would like to extend a special invitation for you to join us at the 56th Annual Awards Banquet to be held Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Winnsboro Civic Center. This year's theme is "Denim & Diamonds". The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for early "Silent Auction" viewing and the program will begin at 6:00 PM.
Who will it be? Top honorary awards will be presented to the Man, Woman, Business, Agricultural and Teacher of the Year. This could be your best friend, co-worker, family member, neighbor, or fellow businessman receiving these prestigious awards. You will not want to miss out! It is already looking to be a fantastic night! Fine dining catered by one of the best around ("Miss C") followed by entertainment from Winnsboro's own, Gus Gustafson and Amy Haid Spence....we told you it was looking to be a fantastic night! As every year, there will be a silent auction with many great items to bid on, as well as, the "Heads or Tails" game to be played with chances at $1 each.
Tickets are $20.00 in advance, $25.00 at the door, and children 12 and under are $8.00. A table of 6 can be purchased for $100.00, a savings of $20. This will reserve a table with your name on it so that your guests and family/business members may sit together.
We will need items for the Silent Auction. Please be considering what you would be interested in contributing to the auction. Keep in mind that your auction item(s) will have your name on it for added advertisement for everyone to see. Your name or business will be also be included in the special listing of bid items at each place setting. Gift certificates are a great idea, also. This gives you the opportunity to donate and have the recipient to come into your place of business. It may be helpful to have an expiration date on them if you wish. For added convenience let me know and I will be happy to make a certificate for your business.
