Marc Willson brings over 35 years experience refining and promoting retail, restaurants and tourism to the public.
He is known as an operations expert and has counseled over 500 clients in best practices, marketing and customer service. His seminars and presentations help keep entrepreneurs relevant in a rapidly changing competitive environment. His clients appreciate his honest critique delivered with the genteel manner of a southern gentleman.
Marc is a graduate of George Mason School of Public Policy and the University of Delaware. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
