Make your plans NOW to ring in 2013 at the BEST New Year's Eve bash in the county... a benefit to support the Winnsboro Center for the Arts! Music will be provided by the divine Miss Demeanor and the Groove Felons—if you have not heard this band with Shannon Monk singing, you are in for a treat. There will be food, dancing, party favors, and lots of fun. Coffee and soft drinks provided, and those who wish to imbibe may bring any other beverage of your choice… and yes, we will have corking services and champagne glasses for the bubbly.
