Event Description:
Bobbye Koncak, an award-winning artist who works in watercolors and an East Texas treasure, will exhibit her paintings, silk scarves, and additional pieces at the Winnsboro Center for the Arts. Many will be available for purchase, and just in time for Mother’s Day. Come join us and bring a little spring into your heart!  Light refreshments will be served.
